Congrats to the new owners of 100 Haddrell St in the upscale, always popular Old Village in Historic Mt. Pleasant, SC. The home recently closed at a cool $7.7 million and marks the high-water-mark for a home’s sales price in Mt. Pleasant in many years. The home sits on arguably one of the best lots in Charleston. It is at the mouth of Charleston Harbor and has views of the Holy City across the harbor and views out to Fort Sumter. The home is a little over 7,000 sqft and boast 5 beds and 5 1/2 baths. As you can imagine at this price-point everything in the home was ultra-luxury.

Becky and I still own a home in the Old Village on Pitt St. and really enjoyed the years we were there. I would say, aside from Sullivan’s Island, the Old Village is one of the best spots in all of Charleston. Pre-Revolutionary streets, fantastic schools, and an abundance of restaurants abound. You are less than 10 minutes to the beach or Historic Charleston. You can watch a video of the Old Village below.
