Was on Isle of Palms this past Saturday showing second row beach homes. I saw some pretty interesting properties and thought today I would highlight my pic for “best second row buy” on Isle of Palms. The property is at 2603 Palm Blvd, and is 5 bedrooms, 4 ½ baths and around 4,400 sqft. The home boast some great ocean views from the inverted floor plan, two stop elevator, gourmet kitchen, and pool with wrap around deck.
I hear through the grape-vine the home could be had in the low $1.4 range. It is a short sale so, that is the only wild card.
